My attic fan was making a loud noise and after calling several companies and getting no response I was able to connect with Mr. Sparky. Mike came out the next morning. He arrived on time and was courteous and efficient. He was very thorough and professional and I would definitely use this company again.

Major emergency at 1:04 am . Called scheduled and Zach was here ! Francois and the whole team were in tune and had great communication the entire time . UI took forever but they were patient and efficient . To say Im grateful is an understatement. Thank you Zach and team .

Zach and his partner apprentice were absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I’m completely happy with the work and placement of the Tesla wall charger. They even gave me some installation advice with another project I may want to do at a future date.

Zach arrived well ahead of the scheduled time. Was courteous and explained patiently all our questions. Cleaned up after job was done. Sandy who answered the phone also was very nice and helpful. Scheduled us for the job same day which was very nice!

We can highly recommend using Mister Sparky and very pleased with Zach’s expertise. Micka Ellison We used Zach again on November 13th to install a light under our kitchen cabinet. He did a great job and again. we will use Mr. Sparky. Zach does a great job and is very professional. MJZ

I think the call center team and Brain was great!! Not too sure about the boss maybe owner as it appeared he was simply trying to get as money out me as he could. Debating if I would use again because of him. The five stars are for the employees.
